Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, drinking chocolate powder together in a bowl and keep aside
Now in a separate bowl whisk butter and icing sugar for 5 minutes in one direction only
Mix both the mixtures
Add Chocolate essence and milk in it and whisk well to get a smooth batter
In a cooker keep gol stand and keep on high flame to pre heat
Now grease a circle shape mould with butter and maida
Pour the batter in the greased mould
Keep this mould in the cooker and bake for 25 minutes on slow without whistle
Check with knife or tooth pick if comes out clean it's ready
Now unmould the cake and cut it in thin slices
Add sugar syrup and whipped cream on each layer by keeping them on each other
Cover the sides also with cream
Now decorate the cake with coloured cream and choco chips and silver pearls
Add happy birthday tag and small unmbrella for show decore
